So, Skittlez just did a review on the book Th1rteen R3asons Why,
by Jane Asher. She said that she thought the book was OK.
I beg to differ.
My name is Jellybeans, and I loved this book.
Ok, I have a confession. The book was kind of slow at times. I
admit that.
The thing is, I liked this book because of the types of books I
tend to read. I have no idea why, but I love books when people die, and
somebody, like a teenager, is dealing with all the changes that come with the
death. I like more books with the siblings who die, and the other still live
sibling doesn't realize what they had until it's gone. Or when someone is in a
coma. That's always interesting. Now, I'm not some psychopath, I just like
reading about that.
Anyhoo.
So this girl committed suicide, and now you get to figure out
why. She is telling the reasons in her own words, and I have never read a book
like that. It's always somebody assuming something, or searching about why, but
here, this was different.
Sure, like Skittlez, I also enjoy reading about romances, and
action, but I also love... (death? dead?)... books. Don't ask me why, because I
don't know.
Okkkkk, that's why I BEGGED TO DIFFER.
K bye!
